[Mountaintop NJ]

Here's one that came in last night @ 1918 EDT. The dominant station (with female v/o) is KNBJ Bemidji. The station underneath pops up for what appears to be election related info and comments about Rice Lake. Only problem is that none of these names work in Google or Yahoo and there is no 91.3 near Rice Lake, at least the one in WI or any other one I could find.

The one you are listening for is the one with male voices.

I'd inclined to agree with Paul that KUWS is most likely. I also noted what sounded like MN local news mixing with it at one point. Perhaps you had KNBJ Bemidji in there as well.
