First of all. Wow! I haven't seen an opening this good since Summer of 09. I had an MUF all the way up to 101.7 at one point but it was short. The lower frequencies up to 93.7 stuck in for at least two hours. This came out of nowhere and startled me as I was trying to take a nap. I left the radio on 92.3 and in came the skip.
I do have some Unids I heard while the chaos was ensuing. The first one is 89.5 and sounds like a religious station. Paths at this time were into central Texas. The second one is 93.7 and has a commercial that may ID the station. This one tripped the RDS* - and may have an ID in there somewhere. Paths were between central TX and Carlsbad, NM The final clip is 101.7, the highest I have seen the MUF in Salt Lake since I started DXing. It also tripped the RDS** but I can't tell if there is an ID in there somewhere. Paths were still between Carlsbad, NM and central TX. * - said name of song and artist, no IDing info. This is the first RDS I have seen by Es ever. ** - It only said 10.....7 assuming 1017 was what it should have said.

Good stuff, Justin -
Clip #1: 89.5 KEPX Eagle Pass, Texas. "Radio Manantial" ID at :35 but not easy to hear. Further confirmed by "Momento Decisivo" program and website mention at :12. The only 89.5 that runs that program per their website is listed as KEPX: Eagle Pass, TX... Oasis... 89.5 FM... Lunes a Viernes (translated: Monday and Wednesday)... 6:30 p.m. Clip #2: 93.7 XHDIS Cuidad Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico. This one was tough. The ad is for a musical event taking place at a Rotary Club ("Club Rotario"), but I could not pin down the specific event. However, they gave a phone number, with an area code of 639. After some research, I found this Wikipedia page with a directory of Mexican area codes. 639 is in the estado of Chihuahua, and XHDIS is the only station there. They go by "Flamingo 93.7", and it sounds like they play Spanish pop/CHR, which would match the song that the station cuts to at the end of your clip. Clip #3: I'm not sure. It's definitely Mexican, and begins with a news story involving Mexican President Felipe Calderon. It sounds like national news to me, and I don't hear any local content in the commercial. Based on the paths I'd say XHHPR Hidalo Del Parral, Chihuahua, but that is a wild guess that I would not log unless someone else can confirm. I know 101.7 is a DX frequency for Randy, perhaps he can recognize something.

Congrats on the catches tonight. It's nice to see almost everyone got some winter Es. I am by no means an expert on the Spanish language, but others on here can certainly help you out.

My bet would be 101.7 XHHPR based on content of the recording and area of Es. They do have RDS. Although there are other Mexican 101.7's with RDS and at least one of the Texan Spanish 101.7's have it.
I made a video of XHHPR RDS some time ago. It's on the web. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxf02NqQ6zg
