Gentlemen,
Since I publish the "Emisoras de FM" book, I also have access to the México TV files. That said, I have attached the analog TV files and the DTV files (known as TDT in México) as PDF files. These are courtesy of Cofetel, the broadcast licensing authority in México. The one thing I note is missing with the DTV files is licensed power for each station. The analog TV file is current to 12-30-09 and the digital TV (TDT) is current to 9-30-09.

Fred Cantu's site www.mexicoradiotv.com is a good place to find Mexican DTVs....I dunno how up-to-date it is, but Fred works pretty hard at maintaining it.
